Magdalena started in the car business nine years ago at Nalley Jeep.  Gene Dabbs is our Parts Manager at the Mall of Georgia Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Gene brings to us 33 years experience in the automotive industry. Gene started out in the Parts department after graduating from college working different jobs "learning the ropes" as Gene puts it. Gene has lived in Georgia for over 20 years; he is happily married and has two fine sons that he brags about. Gene has won multiple awards for outstanding achievement from three auto manufactures. He has done a great job at this store refining and organizing the department. Starting out in the industry as a Technician Apprentice and working his way up to management, he was able to gather all the necessary tools and skills needed in today’s evolving industry. Mike Hightower is our Service Department Dispatcher at the Mall of Georgia Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Mike is responsible of coordinating all repairs made to your vehicle when you bring your car in for service. He is the liasion between the Service Assistants, the Technicians, and the Parts Department. In other words, he makes sure that your recieve your car when promised.
