Don MacLellan - Service Director
Don MacLellan got his start in the car business in 1978. Don has worked at a number of positions in a car dealership, until he found a home in the service department. Don became a Service Director in 1993. During this time Don has earned the Top Service Manager award from Chrysler 10 years in a row. Don is Diamond and Gold Certified by Chrysler, and has won the Chrysler award for Product Quality Improvement. Only four other Service Directors in the nation has every won this award. Don's team is consistently ranked in the top five with Chrysler's Corporation Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) in the Atlanta Zone.   This information is gathered from surveys complied by Chrysler Corporation from surveys sent to people like yourself on how they where treated, and how their car was "fixed right the first time".

Jesse Koehler - Business Director
Jesse Koehler, is the Business Director at Mall of Georgia Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Jesse has been with us for Ten Years. His automotive career began in 1976 where he began working for his father who was the Body shop manager at an AMC, Jeep, Pontiac dealership in Meadville, Pennsylvania. He started him off in the automotive detail department.  Soon thereafter he began selling cars when the automotive market would witness great changes. As part of his next ten years in sales and sales management, he saw product as well as purchasing methods adapt to the American consumer.  As transportation became more expensive, there became a need for competitive financing methods. Jesse excells, and is top in his field. There is no one better to help you with your financing needs than Jesse.

 Hugh Blake - Parts Manager
Hugh Blake is our Parts Manager at the Mall of Georgia Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Hugh brings to us 13 years experience in the automotive industry. Hugh started out in the body shop as a foreman and became I -Car certified. Hugh then changed gears and got expereince as a Warranty Administrater, and a dispatcher in the service departrment. Hugh is married to Jennifer and has one duaghter. Hugh has lived in Gwinnett County for 35 years. Hugh has a staff of five highly trained customer orientated assocates. Back by highly motivated ownership, and a cutting edge inventory, they are without a doubt, one of the best parts departments in the Atlanta Metro.

Nelson DeOlivera - Collision Shop Manager
Our Collision Center and it’s staff have over one hundred years of combined expertise in the Auto Body Repair Industry. Whether it’s your first time being involved in an accident or just looking to gather information on the repair process, be assured our professional and helpful staff will do our best to lead you in the right direction. Our Manager Nelson DeOlivera has been part of the local Atlanta Collision Repair Industry for over ten years now and is thoroughly familiar with all of the major insurance carriers as well as the smaller ones.

Starting out in the industry as a Technician Apprentice and working his way up to management, he was able to gather all the necessary tools and skills needed in today’s evolving industry. He has a complete and fundamental knowledge as how to repair your vehicle the correct way once and the first time only and is proven to surpass industry standards. He holds numerous certifications in I-Car (Inter Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair) and is I-Car Gold certified. He also served over seven years in the U.S. Army and is a proud veteran of our armed forces. He graduated from several advanced and primary leadership courses while serving and has been awarded numerous achievement medals, one of which was given while med-evacuating injured soldiers while serving in Bosnia.
