Don MacLellan - Service Director
Don MacLellan got his start in the car business in 1978. Don has worked at a number of positions in a car dealership, until he found a home in the service department. Don became a Service Director in 1993. During this time Don has earned the Top Service Manager award from Chrysler 10 years in a row. Don is Diamond and Gold Certified by Chrysler, and has won the Chrysler award for Product Quality Improvement. Only four other Service Directors in the nation has every won this award. Don's team is consistently ranked in the top five with Chrysler's Corporation Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) in the Atlanta Zone. This information is gathered from surveys complied by Chrysler Corporation from surveys sent to people like yourself on how they where treated, and how their car was "fixed right the first time".

Chad Bastia- F and I Manager

Chad called Durham, North Carolina home until beginning his career in the automotive field in1996. Chad has enjoyed his 14 years in the business and has served in many aspects including as a Sales manager, General manager and Finance manager. He comes to us with a terrific reputation of providing his customers great service and giving them a world class buying experience. He is committed to Mall of Georgia Chrysler Dodge Jeep dedication to customer service and assistance. Jeff Miller - Parts Manager

Jeff is a native Georgian. Jeff attended McEachern Hight School and after graduating in 1978 went to work for a AMC/Jeep dealer in Marietta where he started out washing cars. One year later he moved into the Parts Department and drove the parts truck. A few years later he met his future wife Lisa who was a part time cashier and full time student at KSU. They married in 1987 and have two children, Jessica 18 and Ryan - 14. Jessica is a freshman at UGA and Ryan is a freshman at Creekview High School. Jeff and his son try to play a round of golf every weekend.

Jeff has 30+ years in the automotive business with the majority in Chrysler Jeep as a counterman and Parts Manager. With Jeff's vast experience he is sure to be able to handle any of your parts needs.

Kelly Dyer - General Sales Manager
Kelly Dyer is the Mall of Georgia Chrysler Dodge Jeep's, General Sales Manager. Kelly has been in the Car Industry for over 14 years. Kelly started here in Sales, and worked his way up to his current position as General Sales Manager. Kelly is a strong leader and motivator who does everything he possibly can to help his employees succeed at home and at work. His positive attitude in the work place makes buying cars fun again. Jay Semple - Collision Center Manager
Jay is a transplant from New England, who proudly served in the U.S. Army as a helicopter mechanic until he received an Honorable Discharge in 1986. He then moved to the Atlanta area and married his wife Debra. together, they have 4 wonderful children, Jakob , Austin, Cadence, and ansley. In his spare time, Jay enjoys working around the house and taking care of his wife and daughters 4 horses. He also enjoys riding Harley Davidson.

Jay has been actively involved in the Collision Industry for over 17 years. Jay takes pride in restoring your vehicle to pre-loss condition for his customers and works hand in hand with all insurance companies for all of your repair needs. Ted Sykes - Used Car Manager
Ted is a Sales manager at Kia Mall of Georgia. Ted enjoys the automotive business and has accomplished many things and has raised the bar on how we do business here. One of his goals is to never have an unhappy customer. He has done a great job achieving this goal, we are constantly in the top 3% in the state with our CSI scores. His leadership skills were honed during his College Marching Band and Basketball days at Morris Brown. He demands that everyone works together, and he will not accept any excuses when something falls between the cracks. Ted has been married to his wife Kim for 12 years and has a 10 year old son named Brandon. Like his father he enjoys playing sports. Outside of work, Ted enjoys spending time family, bowling, fishing, and playing cards. Ted is a native of Atlanta and he is committed to making Kia Mall of Georgia the top Kia dealer in the South. We are glad that we have him.

Mike Hightower

Mike Hightower - Service Dispatcher

Mike Hightower is our Service Department Dispatcher at the Mall of Georgia Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Mike is responsible of coordinating all repairs made to your vehicle when you bring your car in for service. He is the liaison between the Service Assistants, the Technicians, and the Parts Department. In other words, he makes sure that your receive your car when promised.

Mike has been with us for Six years. He is one of the many reasons why we are considered to be one of the top Service Departments in the Atlanta Zone. Our Five Star Service reputation rests heavily on his shoulders.
