Don MacLellan got his start in the car business in 1978. Don has worked at a number of positions in a car dealership, until he found a home in the service department. Don became a Service Director in 1993. During this time Don has earned the Top Service Manager award from Chrysler 10 years in a row. Don is Diamond and Gold Certified by Chrysler, and has won the Chrysler award for Product Quality Improvement. Only four other Service Directors in the nation has every won this award. Don's team is consistently ranked in the top five with Chrysler's Corporation Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) in the Atlanta Zone.
